We endeavor to execute our job as best we can. Our staff are fully trained honest, police cleared, and work efficiently with an eye for detail.
On the off chance that accidents happen, we have full public liability insurance in place should the need arise.
We follow and have many SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) in place and current. Most of our staff are DCSI (Department of Communities and Social Inclusion) cleared.
*End of Lease Cleans where the customer is unable to attend must be paid in full before commencement.
*End of lease work where your not happy or we have missed or overlooked something, communicate this there and then.
*If there is an issue with any of our staff please put this in writing to our manager, where we will reply as promptly as possible.
*If something has been broken or damaged during our clean, contact us by email providing proof with a picture within an hour of completion, if within business hours please call or leave a text message.
All business accounts to be paid within 7 days, unless otherwise organized.
Complaints relating to damage after an hour fall outside the warranty period and may not be covered.
Adelaide Cleaning Hub will not be held responsible for any repair or replacement of items which are broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect usage or assembly. We work very hard to avoid any damage by training our staff. We emphasize the importance of WHS (Work Health and Safety), taking good care and reporting any issues. We also take before/after pics for our business advertising and also for proof of completion where a client isn’t able to attend.
